Daniel Gordon
Daniel was raised in Auckland, with brief periods in Upper Hutt and Palmerston North, where he completed his undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise. He later returned to Auckland to continue his studies and begin a career as an allied health professional, teaching at the tertiary level. His work focused on designing and delivering engaging, hands-on learning environments, where he developed a strong appreciation for systems and processes that align educational outcomes with positive student experiences.
Building on this interest, Daniel transitioned into a leadership role at a church in Auckland, where he oversaw property, finance, and operations. In this capacity, he further cultivated his passion for developing supportive systems that enable individuals and teams to thrive in their roles and make the most of their strengths.
Now working with Venn, Daniel continues to apply this passion by creating structures and processes that empower others to grow and succeed.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys following basketball and football, although he is more often found playing casually at the park with his two children. He is married to Elesha, and together they have a daughter, Keziah, and a son, Judah.
