With some exciting leadership changes at Venn, we have an upcoming employment opportunity. As the work within the Centre for the Arts grows, Donald Goodhall will begin a staged transition from his role as Director of the Residential Fellowship to become the Director of the Centre for the Arts. This move will allow Donald to focus more on supporting, encouraging, and resourcing artists and art lovers.
With Donald’s planned transition, we are now seeking a candidate for the following role: Director of the Residential Fellowship and Senior Teaching Fellow.
This combined role involves overseeing the Residential Fellowship programme, leading the Residential Fellowship Core Team, teaching within the Fellowship and other contexts, and contributing to the development and realisation of Venn’s strategic goals. This is a senior, full-time, Auckland based position, for someone with a postgraduate qualification in theology, teaching experience, and experience in leading and managing people.
For this position, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about forming emerging Christian leaders and committed to Venn’s wider mission and work. A job description for the role can be found below.
